A delegation of the Shanghai University of International Business and Economics (SUIBE) recently visited BME Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences (GTK). The members of the delegation included

– Ms. Xu Jiliang, Head of School of Finance,
– Mr. Qiao Baojie, Dean of School of Law,
– Ms. Wang Yanyan, Dean of School of Chinese International Education,
– Mr. Zhang Shuihui, Deputy Director of International Office.

The SUIBE delegation was welcomed by Tamás Koltai, Dean, Mária Szalmáné Csete, Vice Dean for International Affairs, András Bethlendi, Vice Dean for Finance and Krisztina Kardos-Varga, administrative officer of the International Student Office.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mária Szalmáné Csete gave a presentation on the history of the Faculty, the teaching and research portfolio, with special emphasis on the English language Master’s programmes, and the Doctoral School of Business and Management. The guests also presented information about their university and the possible connection points.

According to the discussion, future cooperation could include educational and research activities.
